This review is long overdue. I've used Golden Coast Collision twice now, both times leaving me a happy customer. Each repair was done with such detail and perfection. Joe McKenna was efficient and extremely transparent throughout the entire process, turning my car issue into less of a headache. I plan to take any car of mine in the future to Joe and his boys, as well as recommend any friend or family member. Being a girl seeking car advice/ repairs can be a bit overwhelming and I felt like I was given such great customer service and guidance , I am beyond grateful!!! The best service and best price you can get in Bay Area. My car was hit-and-run on the street. I compared with several other body shop on service, expertise and pricing then I decided to choose golden coast collision. I am glad I chose it when I received my repaired car!!! Sunny did an amazing job with my car. I had a back bumper collision. He purchased only the necessary parts, did a great job with painting the back bumper to the color of my car, put the car back in shape in little time and for a reasonable price. He's easy to work with and will always try to get you a good deal. He's got lots of experience working with your insurance company so you won't have to worry about that. Even if you don't have a collision issue, Sunny is available to pimp your ride too.

I had a very good experience with this shop.My AC was broken due to a collision. The manager Sunny quickly found out what was wrong and estimated the cost. I was living nearby so Sunny arranged people to drive me home. He kept me updated with the fixing process and the fix was done within a few hours. I have never felt this excellent service before! Golden Coast Collision was friendly and professional. I will recommend it to my friends and family.
